Description
Functionally, being able means possessing the capability to execute a task effectively. This condition supports successful performance by aligning skill, intention and opportunity. It enables engagement with tasks that require physical, cognitive or emotional effort. The functional role of “able” is to activate potential into action. It creates a pathway from intention to accomplishment. Through this operational behavior, “able” becomes a marker of functional competence.
